Vaultek guarantees your safe will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase, or three years with verified product registration. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser in the U.S. and does not cover abuse, misuse, or modifications. If service is needed, Vaultek will exchange or repair the unit, with the customer responsible for secure packaging and shipping costs.
