We’re Conner and Kimberly — the Elhard family. We founded NW Safe Bozeman to offer the region’s biggest selection of entry-level and high-quality gun safes, along with full-service delivery and installation.

This isn’t a big-box store. It was opened by locals for locals. And we take great pride in doing things the Montana way, which means we treat everyone like family. After all, visiting our Bozeman showroom is like visiting an extension of our home, complete with the newest addition to our family (when our baby arrives)!

We moved to Bozeman in 2020, right before the world went sideways. It didn’t just feel like coming home. It was.

Conner and his family moved to Gallatin Valley when he was just 10 years old. He attended Bozeman High School, and earned his Associate in Fire Science at Helena College. Setting the lofty goal of getting hired by a firehouse within a year of graduating, Conner was willing to move anywhere.

As luck would have it, he earned a position at the firehouse inPuget Sound, Washington — Near Enumclaw, WA where he and Kimberly were born. It’s a small town, tucked in the foothills of Mount Rainier, where Conner and Kimberly bonded over their love for snowmobiling, hiking, and outdoor adventure.

We’re a straightforward bunch here, who believes in saying it like it is and treating people the way we want to be treated. We like hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. We count our distance by miles, not minutes. And when someone’s in need, we help.
