The Titan 6031 is built with a dual-body steel construction featuring a 3/16" carbon-steel outer shell paired with a 3/16" AR500 inner steel liner for a "safe-within-a-safe" design. The reinforced 1 ¾" door edge is secured by 18 active 1.5" solid steel locking bolts and patented Star Corner Bolts to resist prying attempts. Additional security features include UL-listed RSC residential security certification, hardened drill-stop plates, remote relocking devices, and a patented multi-gear rack and pinion drive system designed to withstand manipulation.
Fire Protection
The Titan 6031 is rated to withstand temperatures of 1680°F for 90 minutes. Multiple layers of fireboard, a 10-gauge door jacket, and Palusol dual-expanding door seals provide exceptional fire protection and help shield contents during an intense blaze.
Large Capacity
With external dimensions of 60 ½"H x 31"W x 27"D (30" including handle and lock), the Titan 6031 provides approximately 28 cubic feet of storage. Its interior accommodates 32 to 40 long guns depending on configuration, along with space for handguns, valuables, and ammunition.
Features and Customization
Standard interior features include a door panel organizer, LED internal lighting, a dehumidifier with internal power supply, and fully carpeted shelving. Multiple lock types are available, including mechanical dial, electronic keypad, biometric, or redundant locking systems. The Titan 6031 can be finished in more than 18 exterior color and texture options including gloss, textured, distressed, and two-tone finishes.
Heavy Duty Construction
Weighing approximately 1,455 lbs, the Titan 6031 uses a unibody construction with concealed EasyGlide ball-bearing hinges for smooth operation. Hardware is available in gold, chrome, or black chrome finishes, paired with the signature 5-spoke clutch drive handle.
