Warranty
Vaultek® guarantees your safe will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase (three years with verified product registration). The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser in the U.S. and does not cover misuse, modification, accidents, or tampering. If service is required, Vaultek will repair or exchange the safe; customers are responsible for packaging and shipping costs to and from the service center.
