Door:
The overall thickness of the door is 10”. It is constructed of a 6 inch thick barrier of layered protective materials. This includes a 4.5 inch layer of Alchronite, ISM's patented torch & drill resistant composite material as well as thick copper bars placed around the frame on all sides.
Body:
The body of the Super Diamond TXTL-60x6 is constructed from a solid cast of Alchronite for the extra strength and protection.
In addition the body is constructed with a dense layer of Insutex, ISM's superior insulation material to protect the safe s contents against severe fires. Around the door frame: area there are copper bars on all'
sides for added protection against torch attacks.
Locks:
The ISM Super Diamond comes equipped with a UL. listed group 1
Manipulation Proof combination lock. A second nine lever double bit key lock is provided in conjunction: with the combination lock As an option, all models accept a three movement time lock.
Boltwork:
The boltwork and locking mechanism are of extremely high strength construction in order to ensure that they withstand explosive, torch and sophisticated tool attacks. Massive steel blocks encase the bolts which slide out in three directions with fixed bolts on the hinge side of the door.
Relocking Devices:
The locks and vital mechanism areas are protected from attack by a special tempered glass plate which will fire a number of randomly located relockers independent of the locks during a drill or punch attack of the lock. Once the internal relockers are released into the mechanism the safe will still remain locked even if the original dial locks were compromised.
Interior Fitting:
Fully adjustable and removable shelves are available for setting up the safe interior to accept trays for jewelry, cash and other valuables. The Super Diamond also has an inner vault activated by a key lock.
